Ordering and Payments

• All prices are listed in USD and may be updated at any time without prior notice.

• Orders will be processed once full payment is received.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

• California residents will be charged applicable sales tax.

 

Shipping and Returns

• Orders will be shipped within the timeframe specified at checkout. Shipping times may vary based on location and external factors.

• Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us promptly if your order is damaged upon receipt.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hammertoe Productions, LCC DBA Delicious Salt Bagels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. If such dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, both parties agree to try in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator before resorting to arbitration, litigation, or some other dispute resolution procedure.

For any dispute not resolved through negotiation or mediation, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in San Francisco County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If you submit any content to our website (such as reviews, comments, or feedback), you grant Hammertoe Productions, LLC DBA Delicious Salt Bagels a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.
